  • Our chemical-resistant Polypropylene manifold features two 1" BSP outlet ports and four 1" BSP inlets, offering enhanced flexibility and ease of configuration. 
  • Two mounting configurations are available for the mixing manifold, allowing you to select the best option for your setup: a flat mounting plate for vertical installation or a console bracket for horizontal installation.
  • To ensure compatibility with your pump, we offer three valve sizes—1/2", 3/4", and 1"—for water and SH. If you're uncertain about the appropriate valve size for your needs, please provide details about your pump type, hose length, and size, and we'll assist you in making the right choice.
  • For continuous flow pumps, a bypass setup is included, allowing for the recirculation of the solution for up to 5-10 minutes, promoting efficient operation.
  • You also have the option to add a fourth valve, a second soap/surfactant metering valve. This feature supports versatile configurations, such as combining a surfactant with a degreaser or a neutralizer/rinse aid.
  • The valves are equipped with indicators that clearly display the operating percentage, simplifying the process and eliminating guesswork.
  • Consistency is ensured through the use of identical water and SH valves, maintaining accurate ratios daily.
  • The metering valves provide precision adjustments, enabling you to fine-tune the mixture to meet your specific requirements, avoiding the frustration of having too much or too little product.
  • All components are designed for chemical resistance, ease of maintenance, and long-term durability, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting system.
  • Our warranty covers all components and craftsmanship for one year, with an impressive five-year warranty for the manifold. Please note that the warranty does not cover issues related to thread stripping or damage from overtightening or improper sealants.

  • The Fluid Gear 4 Pro Mixing Manifold standard model comes with 1 water (1/2"), 1 flowmeter with control valve for soap (1/2"), and 1 SH metering valve (1/2"). You have the flexibility to enhance it by adding a second metering valve for soap or other additives and choose between a HAYWARD metering valve or a flowmeter with valve control to suit your specific requirements, as well as size selection of the SH/water valve (1/2", 3/4" or 1").
